Sean, Vincent, Jody et Lenny sont quatre amis sans réelles perspectives d'avenir. Prisonniers d'un monde nébuleux dans lequel ils travaillent de nuit, ils se retrouvent au snack bar du coin, ouvert 24h/24, où le seul échappatoire à la tâche fastidieuse qui est la leur consiste à observer Vincent et le succès apparemment immuable qu'il remporte auprès de la gente féminine. Pourtant, les événements vont prendre une toute autre tournure...
